Not done a proper blog in so long. I have nothing of interest to talk about these days. Like i said to Cortez, i just find myself moaning about everything. I'd rather not bore you all with that sort of stuff so it seems easier to just post photographs all the time. But anyway, this week has been okay. Feeling alot more happy, and for the first time in a long time i don't actually mind going to work. Think i'm finally past the hating phase i went through, knowing that it's only for 10 more months. I think thats whats getting me through each day. Work has actually been a good laugh.. probably due to a certain manager having been on holiday for the past 2 weeks. Let hope i feel the same even when they return. Friday night was enjoyable, knowing i couldn't do much due to work the next day, i planned to meet Joe as i hadn't seen him for the past month. Having left my phone in Lucys car, i thought that not having a phone for a couple of hours would be fine. After all, we planned what time we would both leave out in order to meet half way. The same as every other time. Some how managed to walk all the way to his house in kirby and not bump into him. Oh and it was raining. lovely. Started walking back hoping to see him, and i did. He had got a lift! Oh well. Headed to the local pub and procceded to get somehow very drunk on ginger beer. A good night, and nice to have a long catch up.
Work the next day was actually wicked. I like a bit of competition, and when there was a game going on at work where we we're split into teams. The team with the most sales/orders/good service etc won a box of millies cookies. Me and piers vs Amy and Chris. Pah easy!! According to Cara she had never seen me serve so well ha. Left at 1 so don't actually know how well Team Piers did. Rumour has it, we lost but oh well. Was all good fun. Sherri was in too which was a pleasant surprise!
After work met up with Lucy we went to get her ear pierced. Needle broke and the piercer seemed very un confident. We came to the conclusion devils own; good for tattoos, not so good for peircings. Although it was at a bargain price. Can't really complain, and the guy was lovely! Grapped a lift back with Lucy making sure i had my phone this time. Walked to meet Jackie and waited for Lucy to come round. We got chinese and formed a spoon train. Bit of chat roulette and webcam photos and they left as Lucy had work at 9. That was my Saturday as i was tired. Got an early night. Today i've spent all day in town with mum, brother and Fran shopping for dresses for this big due i've got in about 6 weeks. Rumour has it, there will be famous people there so we we're going all out with the dresses. Managed to find a beaut one at a nice price tag too. Just neeed shoes and jewellery but i'm sure the london trip in a couple of weeks will help me out with that! After shopping for 4 hours we were all knackered. Especially my brother after not sleeping since yesterday morning because of his trip to global gathering. Mental.
So thats basically all i have to say. Nothing really exciting. Tonight i plan to tidy my room, do some washing, and maybe sort some stuff to sell on ebay. I need some more money so bad. Why cant i save for anything?! Life at the minute is all good i guess. I like my job. Good friends. Good family. Could probably use the gym abit more, starting from tomorrow, and could do with some nice male company every now and then but oh well. Can't have it all can we! Yeah, lifes good; i'm content.
